Just wondering what the proper solution is when you find yourself in between sizes. Is the rule to always go with the bigger size or the smaller size and count on the shoe loosening up after a few hours on court.
I am finding myself in between sizes for the ASICS Court FF2.
9.5: Current length is great. However very snug around the toes. Fear frequent toe jamming if the toe bed doesn’t loosen up.
10: Current width is great. However, there is a tad bit too much length. If it loosens up after a few hours I feel I will have way too much room in the toe bed. If it doesn’t loosen up after a break-in period it would be just fine.
So, basically if Court FF2’s loosen up after a few hours on court the 9.5 would be the right shoe. If not, then the 10 would work. Main fear with the 9.5’s would be toe jam if the length is on the short side.
Any thoughts?
