It happens in the US too, but is very common in Indian cities. Typically, the guy will be so busy or caught in traffic that he will show up 2 hours late, and it is almost a ritual nowadays to sit and wait for such guys.

So I am assuming there are more than 1 doctor here in the forum. But you won't get any one of those folks to admit they are doctors. You see, there is this problem with liability. if you admit that you are a doctor, and give out advice and something goes wrong, you are liable.
