Is anyone here a doctor?

Another question. The last 15 years that I have been playing tennis, every time I have a different part of my body aching.
There’s no part of my body that has not suffered any type of ailment.
I don’t think I play like Nadal, so I don’t have a clue about what’s going on.
Should I retire, or should I go on chasing records?
Thank you.

i remember when the media said nadal wouldn't be able to play past 28, look at him now, winning grand slams
keep playing

put extra effort having a dynamic work out before tennis, and static stretching afterward

it helps (though of course its annoying)

I thought that after match beers was the perfect training drill.

Apdi podu ba. Many years ago, I was on my way to visit the holy place Tirupati. However at the entrace to the temple complex, they stopped my car to see if I was carrying cigarettes or alcohol. I wasn't aware of the new restriction and had my cigarettes taken away. Needless to say, I wandered all over to find a cigarette, to no avail :)

Tirumalai restrictions on tobacco and alcohol are very strict.

Please make sure do not take Cymbalta if your doctor prescribed or you will end up like me - almost ruined my life.

We've not seen the OP in this thread for nearly 4 days now. I suspect that, sadly, he has passed from this mortal coil.

What happened? Depression? Anxiety?
All of them. It didn’t work and now I’m having multiple injuries which I never seen it before. But I will never give up until it’s gone. I don’t trust doctors anymore. They are drug pushers.

Google that I was in Post Acute Withdrawal Syndrome after stopped taking it. Very hard to get off. I nearly died from cold turkey and almost killed my own wife in bed during night terrors.

Search Cymbalta Hurts Worse group on Facebook if you want to know more about it.

Man, sorry to hear that. Took Cymbalta briefly about 15 years ago. No problems. Yeah too many docs want to treat the symptoms and not the cause. Just write out a prescription.

Can anyone guess what the specific question that the OP wanted to ask? Maybe, "Can someone get pregnant after menopause?" Or "Can someone get syphilis from kissing?".

I'm curious with OP's specific question!!!!!!

Did you taper it slowly or rapidly? I didn’t taper because I thought it would be like Zoloft but cymbalta is far more dangerous and harder to come off. Doctors doesn’t care about people’s lives.

Can't recall how I tapered off. Didn't seem to be doing much for me so stopped taking it. Doc's should explain how to taper off a med when it is first prescribed. That (bad reactions) probably happen a lot.

I had heard that the OP wanted to know if his significant other could have gotten pregnant from a toilet seat.

I'm guessing OP waited a little too long to ask his medical question...and is now pushing up daisies.

Then you are extremely lucky to escape PAWS, and you can’t taper that fast or risk PAWS. Taper it very slowly from that Facebook group. Doctors doesn’t know much about it. My ex-doctors didn’t warn me about it.

Or, “Will watching the Sabooshsian tennis vid cause me to gain weight, wear outlandish tennis kits and make me make insanely inaccurate predictions about pro tennis results???”

Bad ... I'm much better these days. I quit smoking many years ago. One of the best decisions I ever made :)
Good to hear that you are doing better these days, Ali bhai. Has your fateful decision to quit smoking affected your social life?

Probably not but worth a shot i have a real REALLY REALLY SPECIFIC question

Well I’m a MD.
I would never rec to a patient to take it before a match because we need to figure out why the soreness is occurring. Advil is a band aid fix, not a long term solution.

I’m going to end it there,as with many of my colleagues, giving medical advice over the internet is a bad idea generally.

Bad ... in my experience, the only difference after quitting cigarettes was the kind of people I associated with. Earlier, I associated with party animals, now I associate with fellow Jains that shun meat and intoxicants.
