Is Cortex a REAL arm-friendly technology?

Two years ago I was playing with good success with Babolat Pure Drive team and I switched to Prokennex Ki10 because some minor issues in my elbow.
Reading the Babolat site and TW I found a new PD version with Cortex technology that improves comfort.

Should I return to my "first love"?

I hit with the babolat pure drive team about a year ago and thought it was a good stick but it killed my arm. I just recently tried out the new one with cortex and thought it was great. My arm was fine and i prefered the overall feel of the new one over the old babolat.

So yes i do think it is "real" arm friendly technology.

Give the new one a demo and see if you like it.

I just borrowed one of my mates. I actually play with an Ncode 6.1 tour. I just wanted to see if it was any better. I coudlnt really switch to it as i have just bought my 4th ncode lol.

I played with PD Roddick Drive w/ cortex for about a week. Though the cortex seemed to dampen the vibrations, the racket still ended up hurting my elbow (i guess it's because of the stiffness). Trust me, the PDs are just too stiff and not worth the pain they cause.

I don't know if it really helps as I am not a DR...But it sure as hell feels a lot better. I love this stick.

Pusher, do you have any issue in your arm?

No I have never had any problems at all....but I have heard that other people have had problems.

If you have tennis elbow...I just bought this thing called tennex or something. Its a wristband that seems to filter out harmful vibrations. It has been scientifically proven to work. If you wear this then you can use any stick you want. good luck!
