Just bought a Tour 90, does it looks authentic? (Hi res pics)

So I just found this great deal on c*****list.com for 2 hardly used Wilson K Factor KSix-One Tour 90's, and I couldn't help but nab them. His listing looked legit enough from the onset.

I tired to familiarize myself with all the lame counterfeit racquets beforehand so I could spot anything fishy when he presented them. Everything looked good when we met in person, so I bought one off the guy. Although everything seems to be fine, there are a couple things that make me wonder still:

  1. The Wilson logo at the bottom of the head is printed very low on the frame. Apparently, the fakes do this.
  2. The guy gave the typical "the grip was too small for me" excuse for selling it.
  3. In addition to what I've noted from the pics, I also weighed it and it came out at 159 oz / 12.7g strung... again not quite to spec. Haven't weighted it without stings.
  4. The hologram is "clear coated" (?) over so I'm not able to peel it back and see the "Not for Resale" printing.

Apparently, you can send it directly to Wilson have have them verify the authenticity. I can't believe how rampant and detailed the damn counterfeit rackets are now. I guess just purchasing from Tennis Warehouse next time would help save the stress. Any help is GREATLY appreciated! Thanks so much!

That's a pretty good resource. Pretty much inline with what I was thinking. Anybody else have a difference of opinion, or see anything I missed?

Thank you!

Looks fine. For final verification, take off the leather grip and see if the handle is made of polyurethane. And, most K90 fakes have 4 3/8 grip size.

Thanks for the input guys! The grip is a 4 1/2, so I think I'm safe. The things I was worried about were probably just slight variations in Wilson's quality control. Probably should have bought the second racquet off the guy!! :p He was asking $270 for both!

I just love the way the ball pops off the strings with the racquet TOO much.

Thanks again everybody!
