what do you guys think about this setup I'm going to try on the kblade tour?
3gm at 12oclock
3gm total at 3&9 o'clock(1.5 gm at 3 and 1.5 gm at 9)
1gm in but cap

I'm looking for alittle more spin than the stock kblade.
I only have a total supply of lead tape of 9gm so any suggetions on where to put the lead?????

ok. i had a load of lead tape and i tried 4grams on 3-9 and it killed my arm and it was still head light, its because i use 2 overgrips on my kblade tour. so then i decied to cut it down and just put 1 gram and its perfect power, not too heavy.

I've got like 2 grams total at 3 and 9 and a couple of grams at 6 (don't remember how much). its much more stable and easier to generate spin, at least for me anyway. I couldn't get anything out of the frame in stock form.

when u put more lead tape i feel like i have to swing a lot harder, but then the ball stays in :D. i string high so i swing usually hard, but when i used to swing hard wtih stock, balls flew out

It's a headlight racquet so try put all the lead (9 grams) at 12 o'clock.

yeah, i have the same problem. I'm purchasing a kblade tour, but it feels a bit unstable. How much lead tape should I add to change it to about 12.3-12.5 oz?

thanks, furyoku. And what do you think a good weight for me would be if I add lead tape @ 3 & 9 o'clock. I am 5'5'' and about 120 lbs, but I still want enough plow through on my shots, which i'm not getting enough of with my kblade.

I'd start with 5 grams total at 3 and 9. 5 grams at 6 and 5 grams in the handle to counter balance. 3 grams is about .1 oz and you want about .5 oz so about 15 grams total should be about right.

I tried this setup:
3grams at 12
6grams at 9 and 3
2.4grams in the but( i used a dime)

GOSH it is unbelievably stable and the pace and spin is god-like, im only 14 and my serves are hitting 115+
