Looking for a good starting/flying clamp for ML100/MS200TT

I am stringing badminton frames and, as those of you who own the machine already know, you can't clamp the top and/or bottom cross string.

I'm not sure if I need a starting clamp or a flying clamp, my guess is a starting clamp.

Can anyone recommend one and suggest how to use it?

Since badminton is strung at very low tensions (~20lbs), can you just use a regular clamp like the ones they sell at home renovation stores?

A starting clamp will not help at all if you start the first cross from the top. Just insert badminton flying clamps into the first string: one to the left of the centre head support and one to the right. The flying clamps will not hold well without an anchor string, but they are better than having nothing. Hopefully, tensioning the second cross string will make up most of the lost tension in the first one. Remember to double pull per each cross string by using a starting clamp.

Yonex badminton flying clamps are the best for the cross strings.
