First of all YAY!
I didn't see all the match because I was on a date at the time, I watched bits of it on BBC i player this morning though and from what I saw Murray looked basically fresh the whole time?
As I say I didn't watch it all, but he certainly looked fresh and that match was 4 hours and 2 minutes! That without the days rests you get at slams, playing the previous days and then going over 4 hours fresh?
I remember in the fall of 2014 recovering from back surgery when he went on that run of 6 consecutive tournaments, he played a final against Robredo which I think lasted for 3 hours and 56 minutes and at the end he was basically a spent force.
Is he now at his fittest ever level? He has played several 5 set matches this year and won all of them I think.
1 against Raonic at AO, 1 against Nishikori in the DC, 2 in a row at the FO and 1 against Tsonga at Wimbledon.
Right now he seems to be a physical beast. I'd love to know his regime.
