N90 & K90 balance & weight

looking for suggestions on customizing the balance of these two 12oz racquets.

i use the n90 95% of the time as the k90 is too head heavy for me.

prefer the k90 for serves and ground strokes as it delivers such a heavy ball, but find it too heavy a racquet for my all around game. tried weighting the k90 butt to make it more head light but still prefer the n90 as it offers more control and feel. thinking about adding lead weight to the head of the n90 to increase the power and weight of those serves and ground strokes... has anyone tried this?

thanks.

I have both and to me the N90 and the K90 are really similar, the one difference that i encounter is that tha k90 has more power

maybe the k90 feels heavier because of the luxilon strings.

there is a significant difference in balance on both of mine.

I added lead towards to the top of the long handle of the n90 above my hand. On a separate racket I added lead tape to the head of the racket at 10 and 2 positions. Both methods provided a heavier ball and more stable feel than without the extra weight.
n90 was my primary racket between 2005-2008. Had a K90 in part of 2008.

was going to just place it at 12 o'clock, but will try 2 & 10 instead now.

how did it effect the volleying? n90 is an excellent volley racquet(!)

n90 felt more stable as expected with the extra weight. As long as you had the racket head properly positioned, the volley was effortless.
