you can watch the straightness of the left and right hand at contact.

agassi: both hand straight at contact. He must use both hands equally.
Djokovic: left hand straight, right hand bent. he use left hand more.

I mostly agree with the above, it does appear that the left hand is being used more for Murray and Djokovic, especially at contact. But we don't really have the technology to measure how the muscles are being used.

I don't think this is something to really worry about. Instead, I believe you should focus on the movement pattern and use whatever muscle pattern that will give the movement pattern. Video will allow you to more accurately assess what you are doing.
