Need help with some exercises

I've been looking for exercises concentrating on the rear delts mainly and I simply can't distinguish the lying versions of rear lateral raise and rear delt raise. A little explanation would be nice.

Also, I don't know whether it is common, but my wrist flexors are stronger by far than extensor. I can perform flexion with a significant amount of weight, whereas the extension is performed with really small dumbbells.
