Need suggestions for HPS 5.0 Mid replacement

Hello. I currently am a 4.5 level player playing with a Wilson Hyper Prostaff 5.0 midsize, standard length racket. I actually really love the racket. In order to have a spare racket, I bought an nCode 6.1 16x18 and hated it. I couldn't control the power and I felt like I lost a lot of feel.

I'm debating whether or not to try the 18x20 ncode 6.1 or just to buy another used HPS 5.0. (I probably should just stick to my HPS 5.0, but I'm always thinking there might be something that could improve my game a bit.)

Is there anything out there right now that is a very similar racket to the HPS 5.0? I'm definitely looking for control and spin vs. power. I have a big serve and like to place my shots.

Well... I used a HPS 5.0 stretch but one of the pros at my club said that the POG 93 feels pretty similar to a hps 5.0. Maybe you should give it a try.

you can still buy hps 5.0's brand new.

I have a prostaff 5.0 and it has way too much power(i think). More than a 6.1. Maybe it was the strings? But ummm the 5.0 is one of the most powerful players racquets I have ever played. I really liked the move to the POG mid.. Maybe a diablo mid for you? Have you tried a non hps 6.1 or a 6.0 95 if you want to stay with wilson?

I have the same problem, play with HPS 5.0 and need to replace them beacause they are getting old and also want something slightly quicker racquet.

How is HPS 6.1 compared with 5.0? Does it have the same feel/power? How is it on your arm?
