This may not be useful to too many people, but if you
are missing the New Balance WCT 1001 D width, you
might want to try this.
I bought the men's version of the shoe (CT 1001, width D)
and it's nearly the same shoe; I certainly had no blister problems
or anything the first time I wore them on court.
I wear a women's size 8.5 (US) which translated to a men's
size 7.0. It's getting hard to find the men's CT 1001s, but
Tennis Warehouse has some men's size 6.5 and 7.0 shoes.
That would correspond to a size 8.0 and 8.5, women's D.
