New Prince Racket - Is it worth buying to customize?

The new Prince EXO3 Hornet Midplus 100 seems to be perfect for customization at just 292g. I have been waiting for a light, cheaper prince frame like this that I could easily make a players racket out of. I current use a Prince Ignite 95 Team leaded up to 345g from 295g (most of the weight in the handle). I really like it. Since TW doesn't sell these frames any more I was hoping to get a couple Prince EXO3 Hornets and try to give it a similar customization. Is there anything wrong with what I am suggesting? Or is it a good idea?
Thanks

If you think its fun, and you get good results then no problem. Personally I've gone from a heavy leadtape user to moderate, but I still "use", mainly in the grip to get a more solid feel and desired balance. BUT I would not know about the differences in the two rackets characteristics that could give a very different result. Isnt there a new racket in the line more close to your Ignite?

that's perfectly fine, and that's exactly what i did with my racquets (see signature). both my Wilson and my Yonex are light racquets in stock form, but i added lead to make them both heavy, headlight, and match up in specs. take my Yonex Vcore for example. i got it at only 11oz, then i leaded it up to 12oz. the SW was really low when i got it, but i didn't like that, so i just added lead to make the SW higher, and put lead in the handle to balance it out to keep a headlight balance. i don't care about the terms "tweener" and "players" all that much, but i guess i turned my Yonex tweener into a Yonex player's racquet. :)
