No Warranty Card for Babolat Team All Court 4?

Do these shoes come with a warranty card? I just received my pair from TW and there was no card in the box. I have not ordered Babolat shoes in the past and am not sure if there is supposed to be a warranty card that comes with these shoes.

Hi. Do these shoes come w/ a warranty card? If they do, how can I get one for a pair I just ordered from TW. Otherwise I will return them.

Sometimes the card falls out of the box, but the shoe has a 6-month guarantee. You can find info here:

Babolat does not provide warranty cards with all of their shoes, when purchased through Tennis Warehouse. This is due to the fact that we are now authorized to process all sole warranty returns on behalf of Babolat, for shoes purchased through our warehouse.

When it comes time to return the shoes for sole warranty replacement you can simply return them to us using the prepaid return label that came with your order.

Please include your invoice or a note with your name, address, phone number and date purchased. Also include a description of the damage to your shoe.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any further assistance. We are happy to help.

How do we "include a description of the damage to your shoe"? The shoe is a physical item, I would assume they would know when they see the hole...
