yes , i saw that in twitterHe doesn't know if he is gonna play US open or not.
He doesn't know if he is gonna play US open or not.
He doesn't know if he is gonna play US open or not.
There’s not a single sane human being on the planet who believes this. Remember in 2018 he claimed after losing the FO that he doubted he’d play Wimbledon. We all know how that turned out.He doesn't know if he is gonna play US open or not.
It sounds very serious. He’s definitely not playing before the us open and the us open in doubt. Still even if he doesn’t play another match this year he’s achieved most of his goals anyway.Wait a moment, he doesn't explicitly say " He doesn't know if he will play US Open " .
But the fact that he is thinking that far ahead and hoping the injury doesn't affect him is alarming.

I disagree. He’s clearly got an injury and not surprised how much he’s overworked his body last few months. There’s not a single sane human being on the planet who believes this. Remember in 2018 he claimed after losing the FO that he doubted he’d play Wimbledon. We all know how that turned out.
I'm sure he will play Open even if he's injured. He's done it before in 2016 and 2019. He will at least give himself a chance for a CYGSIt sounds very serious. It would but for me there’s no pressure on him anymore. He’s achieved the 20 slams. The CYGS is the icing on the cake but he doesn’t need it for his legacy.Hopefully he is just being cautious. And if he recovers in time, it will actually help him a lot, as this takes the pressure away completely.
It will be a shame that an injury stopped the CYGS not a player.
That would not be wise at all. I only want him there if he’s 100% fit. Otherwise there is no point just to most likely lose early. It would be best to rest and get himself into shape for 2022.I'm sure he will play Open even if he's injured. He's done it before in 2016 and 2019. He will at least give himself a chance for a CYGS
I don't think it's a serious injury...he has a month to recover. I'm sure he will be ready for USOThat would not be wise at all. I only want him there if he’s 100% fit. Otherwise there is no point just to most likely lose early. It would be best to rest and get himself into shape for 2022.
It sounds serious to me. Novak will do what’s best for him. If that’s skipping the us open then it’s the right call. He won’t turn up if he’s not 100% and jeopardise future tournaments and 2022.Djokovic will be there for the USO, no doubts about it. He has always "exaggerated" his injuries. He said he might not play Wimbledon in 2018, he won it. He said, he might not take the court after his infamour "abdominal tear", he did and went on to win the slam. He's obviously fatigued and needs to recover. But apart from that he will mostly be fine. He will be fit and firing at the USO.
We will see. I just want him to be healthy that’s what matters the most.I don't think it's a serious injury...he has a month to recover. I'm sure he will be ready for USO
One can only hopeWill we see the return of StrongRule as well ?

I think he should rest up and keep himself for 2022 if this is a big problem. We need him fit and healthy for the future. I don’t want him to make it worse at us open.He doesn't know if he is gonna play on HC.
Yeah I don’t think he’s playing it the way he’s sounding. He has 4 weeks but that’s not a lot of time to get over a shoulder pain. He’s had this trouble before when he withdraw from us open in 2019 too. This does seem like an attempt to appear more hampered physically than he was. The other injury(-ies) are probably really minor (blisters maybe or mild strain). Otherwise he would specify what it was IMO. The shoulder might really be of concern for the USO.
It might be serious, but unless he needs surgery Djokovic is super unlikely to miss this USO.Yeah I don’t think he’s playing it the way he’s sounding. He has 4 weeks but that’s not a lot of time to get over a shoulder pain. He’s had this trouble before when he withdraw from us open in 2019 too.

If it’s serious then he won’t play. I mean he could do further damage which his team or doctors won’t advise. Djokovic himself wants to prolong his career as long as he can.It might be serious, but unless he needs surgery Djokovic is super unlikely to miss this USO.
He said he’s got a lot of shoulder pain and it’s possible he’ll have to skip the us open. He doesn’t want to damage it further. We will see if it heals in next 2 weeks but he won’t play us open if it’s still bothering him a lot.Based on what exactly?

Djokovic is wise not to cross her path againDang it... so was looking forward to seeing you there at the US open
