OHBH 2015 Blade 98 18x20 vs Textreme Tour 95

Hello Everybody,

I recently posted a message on OHBH characteristics because of my recent switch to OHBH--THank you SO MUCH for all the advice. I have decided I will either stay with the Blade 98 which I have (I added some weight to make it 9 points HL and 12.1oz) or I have always enjoyed Prince Racquets, but have yet to try to Textreme Tour 95 somebody recommended. I did try the Textreme100 a couple years ago but I preferred the Blade 98--especially against heavy hitters.

Has anybody tried both and have any comments for various strokes? Power, Spin, Plough-through?

Go here, to start you see a difference in there specs.
SwingWeight matters / tex will have small sweetspot...
plus you be using a 16 x 19 with the tour vs 18 x 20

Bottom line...if you are that curious, demo the puppy...
how about the tex 100P for a test drive also?

I played with both and preferred the TT95. It just seemed like it took more effort for me to hit harder balls with the Blade. Though they both feel excellent, when TT95 was strung with gut/poly hybrid, it offered lots of power along with its great control. Honestly, they both are awesome sticks and can’t go,wrong with either one.

havent played with prince but blade is blade...You cant really go wrong with this racquet. Its a keeper.

I liked the tour 95 for my 1hbh...liked it a lot. I like the 100p weighted up even more but I probably need that little bit of head shize for more margin because I don't play near as much as I used to. I found the 100p to be a little more powerful but the 18 20 helps with control.
