NCAA biggest tournament of the fall/winter starts tomorrow in Arizona. Draw is out, looks like wake forest gets the #1 seed for men's draw. They will have live streaming for main courts starting tomorrow. Then finals will be broadcast on ESPN.

We could see all Stanford final in women's draw. In men's Sameer Kumar could face his own teammate Genesen in the final

I posted about this too since is my home facility hosting it. Have a few players I know there as well. They are also having a USTA coaches clinic I am attending then we are all going to catch the action. Should be a good weekend.

What is going on with Cardinal ? Practically every man and women have lost already. Oh well, this tournament is insignificant, nobody cares about anyway
It didn't seem insignificant when you hyped this tournament in your 1st post. If the Stanford players cannot succeed in 'such a small tournament' it doesn't bode well for the rest of the season. The fragile Stanford team must all be injured already, as usual, as Stanford is the only college in the country that forces their players to play when they are hurt.

Read with the appropriate sarcasm...

This is only fall season and they start slow. Once the real season starts in January, they will be 110 % and ready to take the pac-12 and NCAA title

As insignificant as it is for overall things, players are grinding and playing their games and the quality has been excellent.

What a great event overall, and I got to watch three matches of Petros. Amazing movement and spot clean ball striking.

I could see Axel transferring to Wake so he could hit with some stellar players on a regular basis.
LOL, Axel has Paul Goldstein, Francis Sargent and Bradley Klahn stopping by on regular baisis, all available to hit with anytime he wants to hit with ATP pro tour level players.

He only won cause Axel Geller wasn't playing due to injury. Axel will dominate the NCAA in 2019

Have Alex Geller and Petros ever played? Would be interested to see what the score would be? Do you think Alex Geller will qualify for the NCAA tournament this year, it would be a good accomplishment for him if he could considering he didn't make it last year.

He is top 5 player in NCAA D1 this year, why wouldn't he qualify for the tournament. and he will be playing #1 exclusively in 2019 so he should beat the top players in NCAA. Axel is top 20 talent in ATP tour when he turns pro. 140 mph serve, Petros will be so scared, he may claim injury and may not show up.

I like Alex and he will be in the mix with the top players this year, but doubt anyone is scared. Stats wise Petros still has the advantage and experience.

Petros

Hoping to see them match up though.
