What other sports or exercise routines do forum members here do besides play tennis? I was just curious because I would like to try something new and need some ideas. Thanks.
I hit the gym 6 days a week, aside from tennis, I play beach volleyball, mountain biking, softball, and hiking. At 28, and pushing 30, I need some how slow down the aging process Every now and then, I would see some old highschool mates that I played football with, and they really ballooned and aged much more than me. I have yet to see the rest in the reunion.
