Does anyone know of a good oversize racquet that has a dense string pattern. I would perfer a racquet over 11 ounces that is extended length. I am having trouble finding any oversize racquets with dense string patterns at all.

Agassi's Limited Edition comes to mind along with all the Head Radicals..... not extended length though.

Babolat Aero Tour Oversize .. it's 107 the closest thing you'll get to an oversize and has a dense string pattern 18x20

Interesting you should mention that, cause I don't think anyone's used it. Ever. I was planning on demoing one in a few weeks. :shifty eyes:

Dunlop 300g Oversize 105 head size,18/20 String pattern one piece, length 27.5". Unfortunately just comes under 11 ounces stock. Easily modified though. I have mine weighted at 11.23 ounces.

quite a good one too and not too stiff like the babolat(72) and that's better for your elbow and shoulder

Well, OS with dense pattern usually means alot of string must be used, and a standard set is only 40ft long.

i second the agassi limited edition.... unless you're arms are too short and you have problems reaching you don't really need an extended length...

extended lengths assist in leverage/head speed...but the agassi has it's own power...

Thirded; I don't want one, but I hit with it and it's very solid.

Do you like Wilson? Have you tried a Pro Staff Classic 6.1 Stretch 110? It's 28" and 18x19 and probably heavy as hell. Poster Sixpointone seems to be big on this frame.

It's been discontinued for quite a while, but the Prince Precision Equipe Longbody Oversize fits those specs: 110" head, 28" long, 18X21 string pattern, and a 11.5oz strung weight.

Thats what I said lol. But its 18x20 With a Yonex like squarish head, but is fairly stiff, 70 RA, but it is just really stiff at the throat area.
