I was serving hard for an hr and a half on tuesday (no pain whats so ever)
Wednesday i didn't play
Thursday i went out to practice serving and the pain started after 10 mins
Friday i tried to play, the pain started with the serves, no pain at all on my forehand or 1 handed BH, just serve,

The pain is inbetween my forearm and bicep (and radiates to my bicep), when you put your palm up it is about an inch above my joint on the right

Any suggestions? this is the first time this happened
I use a PS tour 90 strung with Babolat super fine play 17 at 58 lbs

does it meet at your elbow? Like if you bent your arm and put it on a table as you would for an arm wrestling match, is the pain directly under where your elbow? If so, it's probably golfer's elbow. I have the same problem. Ice it, rest it, doctors and less spin serves.

From these 2 descriptions from http://www.jeffersonhospital.org/e3front.dll?durki=10181&site=611&return=5949
my problem doesn't seem to be either of these

tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis)
Lateral epicondylitis, also known as tennis elbow, is characterized by pain in the back side of the elbow and forearm, along the thumb side when the arm is alongside the body with the thumb turned away. The pain is caused by damage to the tendons that bend the wrist backward away from the palm. A tendon is a tough cord of tissue that connects muscles to bones.

golfer’s or baseball elbow (medial epicondylitis)
Medial epicondylitis, also known as golfer’s elbow, baseball elbow, suitcase elbow, or forehand tennis elbow, is characterized by pain from the elbow to the wrist on the palm side of the forearm. The pain is caused by damage to the tendons that bend the wrist toward the palm. A tendon is a tough cord of tissue that connects muscles to bones.

This is not pain on the inside, outside, or end or tip of the elbow. It is on the inside as if you tried to curl too much weight and hyperextended your elbow the wrong way. Not sure what it is called but the natural pronation when serving can aggravated it. Have it and do not know how to treat it. As if the forearm muscles are too short and tight, stretching doesn't work well.
