Ok, I play a lot of tennis, plus do some part time teaching. I play at about a 4.5 to 5.0 level so I have some pretty heavy hitting sessions. I am having increasing pain in my right foot, where the toe goes into the foot on the top.. primarily on the toe next to the big foot. It is VERY painful, causing me to limp pretty badly, particularly in the mornings. I also run on a treadmill and this is very painful as well. Anyone else have any experience with this? It looks like from what I can tell either a stress fracture or just tendonitis.
