People can draw energy from each other in the same way plants do

A biological research team at Bielefeld University has made a groundbreaking discovery showing that plants can draw an alternative source of energy from other plants. This finding could also have a major impact on the future of bioenergy eventually providing the evidence to show that people draw energy from others in much the same way. Members of Professor Dr. Olaf Kruse's biological research team have confirmed for the first time that a plant, the green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii, not only engages in photosynthesis, but also has an alternative source of energy: it can draw it from other plants.

The research findings were released this week in the online journal Nature Communications published by the renowned journal Nature. Flowers need water and light to grow and people are no different. Our physical bodies are like sponges, soaking up the environment.

Bader-Lee suggests that the field of bio-energy is now ever evolving and that studies on the plant and animal world will soon translate and demonstrate what energy metaphysicians have known all along — that humans can heal each other
simply through energy transfer just as plants do.

chrischris I have you on block so i cant see your troll posts. you're an energy vampire

I feel you are exaggerating and at fault .
But at least im more respectful and read what you have to bring to the table.
I think you are right in that energy can be felt between people when they meet in real life.

Here on the internet i think its a different case.

The film 'I AM 'by Tom Shadyac of The Nutty Professor , Ace Ventura fame , has a lot on this and other issues we as humans can do yet are a bit unaware of lately.

Heart Math studies this phenomenon.

Here you go Mr. Gut, now you can read his posts.

Best part of this is that Gut's link is to sott.net, sott being the Old English term for a fool or stupid person.

As sureshs notes, it is in fact cannibalism, the link calling it "plants eating other plants," since transfer of energy means one organism POTENTIALLY benefits while the other is harmed and depleted. There is no free lunch. And the notion that energy transfer would be healing is merely dumb. If the energy transfer was an electromagnetic field from a high tension wire, we'd call it a cancer risk. There's no reason to believe energy radiating from a living thing is any less harmful.

Legend
The paper cited is about a type of tiny algae's newfound ability to secrete substances that allow it to digest cellulose as an alternative to CO2 as a source of carbon. Prior to this discovery, such algae were known only to have the capability to get energy directly from the sun via photosynthesis (both plants and algae are able to engage in photosynthesis) and carbon from CO2.

This paper DOES NOT have anything to do with energy fields, energy sucking or auras, nor does it relate in any way to humans. The paper does NOT say that humans are in any way analogous to this micro algae, nor that we also have the ability to secrete cellulose-digesting substances. And we do not need this ability. Unlike algae, we do not get carbon from CO2; instead, we get it from organic sources of carbon like plants and animals.

OP, I suggest you get yourself a proper education before you start reading wishy-washy and woo-woo websites full of bullsiht.

I will mentally grasp your delectable blue aura while playing hooky and verbally denying the obviously brooding guts in the foreground.

I have been telling the police this for years, but they kept charging me with rubbing myself up against women in public places. Now I have science on my side.

Someone ****ed me off at the club today by refusing to play me.

Now that drew my energy to the negative.

Being around people who are not up themselves in any way....is positive.
