You mean to be one of their official TW racquet reviewers? For starters you have to be an employee of TW. Review testing is a perk of the job. The reviewers you see all have an actual job at TW.

i've seen some references that lead me to believe some are essentially account managers for each company, ex volkl, wilson, adidas, etc.

I would assume many are management and buyers/account managers. I cannot say with certainty what their jobs titles are.

true. i worked as an intern there and made 25/hour being a shoelace playtester. it is serious work.
