Please critique my serves

I know, these vids do suck. I was praticing serves today, and I whipped out the camera phone.

Please just help as much as you can. Feel free to bash it and give advice.

Windows movie maker wasn't working, so i uploaded each vid separately.

Hopefully next time out I'll use the digital camera, better resolution.

As far as i see you are in good shape but you need to work on your technique a bit, dont pull your right arm up immediately after you start the toss because you loose power there.Let your arm fall down first then pull it up behind your back and whip the ball. If the timing is correct, and your motion smooth, you'll have a great serve.
I cant really see everything but i hope this helps...
(btw before i started training i wanted to serve like Roddick so i replicated his motion, but the problem is that in this way your power depends mostly on your arm, so when my coach showed me the full motion i realized how much easier is to serve like this because you use the kinetic energy of your entire body...)

I see. Yea, the vid quality is poor. I hope to get out there with a better camera soon. I've heard it's more about the racquet drop, but yea this makes sense. I've been experimenting with different motions so i'll try this out. Thanks.

Sewers, you need a better camera. You profile a bit too long with your right hand. Try to get a little more backscratch.

Camera phone with tiny resolution=teh sucks!

I'm gonna take the digital camera out later so we can see the ball LOL.

But yea, that's seems like something I don't do enough. Will that give me more pop/power?

ok i dont see very well but maybe i can give you few advices: your left hand doesnt seem fully vertical (or its just that i need glasses?!), also maybe your knees should work a bit more and maybe more rotation in your back although as i say i dont see perfectly :)

Ok, i'll get some vids from the side next time and hopefully with a partner with a better camera lol.
