My son is a high performance tournament player but backhand is his Achilles heel! Please let me know what improvements can be made based on the video below giving side and back view. Thank you!

My personal opinion:
1. Weight transfer is too early, he should've transfer only on contact not before contact (yes I think it is still too early)
2. His weight transfer should be further enhanced and trained with more stretching exercise, he seems to have limited rotation to his torso and hips because he looks like he is struggling to follow through after contact (it almost look like the ball is too heavy but it shouldn't be). Also he likes to pull back on follow through, which means his weight is going backwards, which in turn sort of invalidate all the hard build up that he did before.
3. Have him focus more on arm relaxation and more strength on lower body (he armed last ms before contact, which is not good, that means he didn't follow through properly with his lower body strength)
