Poly Strings And Tension Loss

I am interested in experimenting with poly strings, but I am put off by the fact that they loose such a high percentage of tension within a day of stringing. No sweat for pros, but not great for me.

The greatest selling point of poly strings is their durablity. Will my strings keep loosing tension when I play? If so, great durability matters little if I am soon playing with noodle strings. How does poly tension degredation compare to gut and syn gut?

Poly does not hold tension well....infact it is the worst at holding tension. Some of the newer co-polys hold tension better and for this I would reccomend Signum Pro Poly Plasma. SPPP holds tension and also retains playability...it is the only the poly I have used that I dont cut out after 6 hours.
