anyone have this, went to a ortho guy, seems ligaments are stretched from previous (years ago) sprained ankle, now aching pain on the concave, inner part of the heel, below the ankle bone. nothing but surgery to tighten ligaments, there is a lot of 'play' in my ankle, so I am wearing an ankle brace for support and strengthening exercises. But, it really won't go away. . . bought new balance orthopedics for my shoes, any other recommendations out there? can't seem to find anything much on this, only plantar facitis type arch supports. I would appreciate any advise, thanks and healthy playing to you!
