MA: Rafa
RO: Rafa
FO: Rafa
WIM: Roger
CA: Roger
CI: Roger
USO: Roger
SH: Roger

Back to the Big Three. :/

I honestly think there is a good chance of only those 3, maybe even only 2 of the 3 winning all the slams next year. The New Gen will have to wait a bit longer I think!

I think it's a little far-fetched that Federer wins Monte Carlo, but the rest of it seems pretty fair.

Federer wins Aussie, French, Wimbledon, US Open, Tour Finals, Indian Wells, Miami, Monte Carlo, Madrid, Rome, Toronto, Cincinnati, Shanghai and Bercy, Brisbane, Rotterdam Dubai, Barcelona, Stuttgart, Halle, Basel
He retires but then wins Montreal next year. He retires again but wins Tokyo 2020

Realistic chances I think...

AO: Fed/Zverev
Doha: Zverev/Novak
IW: Zverev
Miami: Zverev/Nick
MC: Thiem/Nadal
Rome: Thiem/Nadal
Barcelona: Novak/Nadal
RG: Novak/Nadal
Queens: Novak
Halle: Federer
Wimbledon: Novak
Canada: Novak/Nick/Zverev
Cincinnati: Federer
USO: Zverev/Nick/Novak
Basel: Federer
China: Zverev
Paris: Zverev/Shapo/Thiem
Dubai: Novak/Nick
WTF: Fed/Zverev/Novak

Edit:
Fed: 1 slam, 2 masters, most likely AO, Cinci, he will end here at 21
Nadal: 1 slam, 1 masters, most likely RG. His slam run ends here.
Novak: 1 slam, 2 Masters, most likely WO. Probably he may get 1-2 more before retiring.
Zverev: 1 slam, 3/4 masters, most likely USO
Nick: 0 slam, 1/2 masters

More edit: We won't see stanimal again. Stan will be around though. Tsonga and ferrer might retire. Berdych will drop outside 20. Raonic will watch balls going past. So will Nishikori. Cilic will hang around. Murray will be pushing. Just. Dr.Ivo might retire by year end. Federer may officially announce that hanging up is part of his brain thoughts. Expect a 2-3 year delay in that getting materialized though. Nadal won't announce but eventually by 2019 end he'll become irrelevant. His body will push him out for real this time. Novak will continue. Be happy if he wins one in 2019. 2018 will be the uprising of Zverev. 2019 is his dominant year.

I'm not much of a Novak fan, but I hope he comes back strong, he is vital part of the tour and competition. That being said, I don't think he will win AO, but neither I'm surprised if he will. Good that you have faith (and also a little bit of hoping as well I guess) in him

I appreciate it, thanks. I feel the tour is better when the top guys are playing well (Fed, Nadal, Djokovic, and to some extent Murray and Warwrinka)

Those top 3 guys especially, it always feels something is missing to me when we dont see them in slam semis at least.

This topic comes up every year but it's more interesting to me this year than any in a long time. I think the choices by people here are going to be very diverse.

Aussie: Zverev
French: Nadal
Wimbledon: Cilic
US Open: Murray
Tour Finals: Djokovic
Indian Wells: Dimitrov
Miami: Federer
Monte Carlo: Nadal
Madrid: Thiem
Rome: Nadal
Canada: Murray
Cincinnati: Zverev
Shanghai: Djokovic
Paris: Raonic

Top 8:

1. Zverev
2. Nadal
3. Murray
4. Djokovic
5. Thiem
6. Cilic
7. Federer
8. Dimitrov

Summary: I think Zverev will take the momentum of this season and storm next year's AO, and also ultimately finish as #1, being the most consistent throughout the year.

I think Nadal will take the vast majority of the clay court season. Even though Thiem is getting better, I believe Nadal has at least one more season left of near-domination. Nevertheless, Thiem will make many finals and hopefully take at least one Masters title.

Federer will have some good performances, but I don't think he'll win any slams and will take maybe 1 Masters title. Nevertheless, he'll still stick around the top 5 and be in the conversation for the big titles.

I think Murray will come back strong, playing free after a hopefully successful rehab from injury. This will culminate in him winning his second USO.

Djokovic I believe will have a much slower comeback than Murray, needing more time to get his confidence back besides injury. I think he'll finally find form towards the end of next year and win some big events, but not any slams.

I believe Cilic will come back and win Wimbledon with relative ease after his emotional loss in the final last year. He'll be more determined than ever, and none of the big 4 will really be at their peak to stop him.

Dimitrov will perform well, but ultimately lose out most of the titles to the better players. I think he can snag at least one more Masters, possibly Indian Wells.

I think Wawrinka is done winning big events after this year. We may have seen the last of the Stanimal.

Raonic and Nishikori will continue to falter and lose out on the titles to better players.

Kyrgios will continue to bumble around, showing up for the occasional big-name match but not having anything to show for it ultimately.
