Prestige Mid!

I would think the exact opposite. Shorter players need all the help they can get for power and leverage hince an extended length frame. Cutting a frame down to 26" or 25.5" is extremely bizarre. Kinda ruins the frame esp if it's a classic. To each their own I suppose.
Yes you would think , but if your a person who has a tendency to hit your natural forehand just a bit long and then you Try to revamp the stroke with even more spin but still are not quite coming up with a personalized swing stroke that’s comfortable then you may wanna try going an inch or half inch choked up on the handle , I personally never felt comfortable choking up as I lost the bottom feel where cap meets handle . I did however find that 90 % of those shots while choked up did go in with the exact same swing as before . So.. that’s when surgery began.
Just another option for maybe someone that technically is quite sound in mechanics and footwork but comes up a bit to long in the tooth if ya will. Or better yet too long and over the lines .. what good is a classic racket or any racket for that matter if you don’t care to sell it ever and you actually wanna play tennis with it . Well I say be creative with with tension , or lead weight , or different strings all together . But when all else fails ..... there is the surgery :)

Just joined the club via the MicroGel model. I've hit with the FlexPoint a couple times but it was a loaner. The Mid that I got was painted in what looked like stencil ink. I was able to clean it off after some elbow work...but there was significant scratches (prob why prev owner painted it) and the factory paint was discolored a bit. Put on new grommets along with a couple coats of flat black. I didn't weigh it before but according to online specs, it is 10 g heavier. I don't know if it comes with a leather grip so not sure if the weight was added by the paint of the grip to be honest.

DJ great job can you post more pics of your awesome new paint job all strung up like a full length shot or shots of her ?!
Also if you want to get the word HEAD with the perfect font on the frame you could do what I do . I buy a roll of heads racket bumper protection tape . Cut out the word HEAD AND stick it on the sides of the racket looks super professional and you can barely tell it’s a sticker at all

Makes it lighter and I’m short . Short rackets make us play better no not really but it does help tame the length of my shots . You take 27 inch pro staff and put it in a mechanical robot arm have it swing and hit a ball . Measure the length of the balls travel and then where it lands on the court . Mark that point . Now do the same with the exact same racket but this time swop it out for the 26 inch pro staff and see where it lands . The difference is shocking .
oh, I thought you were talking about flex ratings. I didn’t read it closely enough

Weight would have came from the leather grip 100%. The MGs come with a white synthetic grip stock.

So in other words prob gave it a tad more balance to the handle. I ain’t mad at that.

Damn that looks awesome darth Vader’s stick of choice ! Wow! Man that looks plain ass awesome !!!!!

Thank you. Looking back at the process, it was very simple. I wonder if I sanded down the frame first if the paint would have come out different.

I used it to ball feed on Friday and then rallied with one of my top 10u kids. He grabbed my racquet and gives me his Speed Pro which he can swing nicely. He even hit with one of my fellow coaches POG OS that is weighted at 13oz or more.

This racquet is going to take some getting used to. I couldn’t find a rhythm to get 50-75% speed rally shots. I had to swing our whole trying to adjust to the launch angle or lack of. Very small sweet spot.

Got in a few sets of doubles and about 20 minutes of rallying in between games today and had a bit more success. Still a ways to go. I’m using Prince Premier Attack in it and will prob use a poly next.

Thanks for the info idea. I might do something similar where I get a reverse negative cut of the logo/word and use it as a stencil.

I’ll try and take more pictures. I deleted the ones used to make the layout. Prob on the next string job

How does it differ from the 360 Speed Pro. I have only demoed the Pro and I like the balance and feel. Besides being lighter, what is the difference in playability?
It has more power and is a little lighter, although I've added some lead at 10 and 2, and blue tack in the handle to get it to 11.6oz 6pts HL.

Premier tour's flex is higher than 54 and it doesn't play like a wet noodle at all to me! Great racket, a must try for every mid fanatic
