Problem with Wise 2086 and new machine...

Hello
I am asking for help in choosing the pinning machine.
Introduction:
I have a Penta Pro 3800 powered by a Wise 2086 from 2014 and have pulled around 1,500 rockets for myself and my friends for over 8 years.
Sometimes the drive freezes or I have error # 3 on Wise 2086, but I will turn off and on and keep working.
My machine:

What is your machine life?
I decided to buy a new machine and I have a dilemma:
This:

or
this:

Which one do you consider to be better?
Which will be more reliable?

Sorry for my bad English

If I was going to purchase one of those, I would contact both and inquire on service if something goes wrong and machine is down. Customer service to have repaired would be the deciding factor for me. How easy would it to send back for repairs, and how long a turnover time it takes.
Why don't you just send your unit you have now back for repairs?

If I would buy a machine to string 3 or 4 rackets a day I would get a LO or a drop weight.

You should contact WISE and ask them what an Error #3 means. Once you have your answer from them, then determine whether you repair based on cost/turnaround or get a new machine. A quick Google says #3 is WISE's manner of saying 'Send it back to us and we will fix it' no other information provided.

And aside from repairing my Wise 2086, which of the two suggested machines would you choose?
I am inclined to Signum Pros S-6700, but I am curious about your opinion.

Personal choice between those two would be the TennisMan option. Things I like about that:

- It appears to be manufactured by Xpider. They also make the Tourna machines, and you can find positive reviews of the 700-ES and Precision 850 on this forum. The turntable and clamping system appears to be identical to that used on those machines. Whilst I haven't used it, I suspect it to be excellent. I am of the opinion that the clamps are the most important part of a machine, and integrity of the turntable is also very high up my list of priorities.
- The Wise has been around for a long time and is widely available. I have had a different experience with Wise than you - mine has been running since 2010 with no issues - and appreciate you are likely to be more cautious. However, there are many distributors globally (a list is on the Wise website), and I suspect many of them also provide servicing (I'm in the UK, and the distributor here certainly does it). Worst case scenario, if the tension head were to fail and it not be economical to repair, replacements are readily available.

My main negative of that machine is that it doesn't come with stand.

The Signum Pro: I know nothing about it. I've never seen a review, I can't identify what other machines may come out of the same factory, so I'm effectively blind to it. It might be very good. If you do buy it, please do stop by to give us a review!
