PSGD ArmFriendliness and Shreding

In the recent past ive used PHT and KgutPro. I know PHT is definitaly NOT armfriendly and KGutPro is really arm friendly. Im curious is PSGD closer to KGutPro or PHT in terms of arm friendliness?? and also does PSGD 17 shred easily? thanks

Somewhere in between. Of the PSG line, Duraflex is the least arm friendy/most stiff. Not sure if they still make it, but PSG Soft would be better on your arm. Otherwise, Prince Multi if you're set on a Prince string. If you're not, there are dozens of arm-friendly multis (and natural gut!) out there.

again im looking for a really cheap string because i want to get my own stringer and string more frequently.

The Duraflex has cooler colors like Optic Yellow but it does play stiffer than the orginal syn gut. Poor guys like me who like the original have to settle with natural or white colors.

I just played twice over the weekend with PSGD 17g in my Redondo (57). Hated it! I couldn't keep the ball low (on passing shots, e.g.) Really had to work to generate topspin. My wrists, and (both) forearms felt tender. Went home and cut it out. Put in the hybrid in my sig below.

i guess the more reasonable solution is to try original and duraflex and see which one i like more.
