Question about Wilson Pro Overgrip

This is for anyone who has tried the colored Wilson Pro Overgrip.

I love the feel and look of the Wilson Pro Overgrip, especially when I just put it on, but it begins to become ratty looking very quickly. I was wondering if the colored overgrips feel the same as the White overgrip. If so, then I'll definitely buy some of the colored overgrip as it would get dirty less quickly.

I ask this because its the lack of dye in the White overgrips that gives them their extremely soft and tacky feel. I wonder if the colored ones would feel the same. Can anyone who has actually tried the colored ones provide a good answer on this?

i have the greens ones in my bag but havent tried them out yet...i will get back to you...i would imagine they play the same...

So your considering changing the white overgrip to a colored because of how ratty looking it becomes.

I'll agree with you that they become ratty looking but i still like the way they feel. They turn a really dark, but it doesnt bother me all that much. and it wears and tears like any other grip. If the ratty looking thing bothers u so much then buy a new grip; instead of overgrip.

i like using it when its just a hint dirty, cuz you dont get blisters from it. but it literally looks like a piece of Sh*t towards the end, thats why i would personally change it for a yonex supergrap, lime green :D

I'm considering the Pro Overgrip in Green, as that would not get quite as ratty so quickly. The look does not bother me much as the feel is really quite fine but if there is a better alternative (i.e. a colored Pro overgrip that has identical feel) then I'd prefer to take it.

I just want to know whether the dyed ones feel the same because I've been told that dye changes the softness and tack of the grips. Is this true for the Wilson Pro grips?

I'm also curious about this as well. I've had experiences with Yonex grips, where the colored grips seemed to lose it's tackyness quicker than the white grips. I wonder the same is true for wilson progrip
