Quick clarification on TWU: MSV Focus-Hex 16 (1.23)

On the String Performance Database, is "MSV Focus-Hex 16 (1.23)" 16 gauge (1.27) or 1.23 (16L gauge)?

Seems like the data/info regarding the two strings ( 1.23 and 1.27) is not typed in correct in the data sheet. some is reversed maybe. needs checking. corrupts also the other tools
