MSV Focus Hex

I've just had my racket strung with MSV Focus Hex in 1.23 diameter. What will the differences be between 1.23 and 1.27 diameter strings?

(love the string btw)

I too enjoy FH. Have used both and expect the usual differences but nothing significant: 1.23 is a little more springy but not by much. Tried full bed once but only use it as cross with gut mains routinely.

Why shaped string in cross? Then just put in the Co Focus in cross. Your guts in main should perform better with the snap back on the round poly.

Focus hex soft 1.25 is actually horrible. I felt like my shoulder was going to fall out of place after using it for 2.5 hours.

Focus hex also was “meh”. Worth the try. Not comfortable at all even after a 6 hour break in. Felt like a board.

A hybrid of the MSV Focus Hex in main 23 kg (16/17 gauge) and babolat syn gut (16) in the cross also 23 kg is a to die for cheap combo with great spin, control, durability and power.
