Racket Customizers Advice Please

Is there anyway to determine the balance specs of a racket before putting actually putting the weight on it? I want to try to lead up a ksurge to make it about 6-8 pts headlight and around 11.4-11.8 (approximately, anything around that is fine) ounces. any way to do so? thanks

Edit: I dont have a balance board so any advice is appreciated thanks

wella crude estimate is to put something likea toothpick or skewer in the middel of the racket, which is usually where the neck and head meet. Then see which way it tips and adjust from there. i don't have a balance board either.
