Racquet Handle Customization

I recently got my hands on a Dunlop MW 200G that has had it's handle customized. The guy who did the customizing took all of the polyurethane foam off the handle. The plastic pallet where the foam should have been was cracked so I took it off. I've already ordered the shrink wrap that TW sells, but I've never really customized a racquet handle before so suggestions on how to replace the foam would be most helpful. I'm going to try and make this 200G just like my other one's, which are basically like they are from the factory, with a few minor changes. I'll try to get my camera out and take a picture so you can see what I'm talking about. Thanks!

Edit: Anyone know where I can get a pallet?

General question, may be for TW Staff. Can I order Volkl pallets by phone? Or has Volkl completely shut down the sale. I don't really care to have a Volkl pallet, but I have to get something. The racquet originally had a polyurethane pallet, but it was shaved off. Plastic is the only way to go. I may make my own, I used to have a knack for working with fiber glass. Ideas?

Found out that it's going to be tough to get a pallet. I was going to use the pallet + lead tape to make this custom 200G balance the same as my normal one. However, I think I'm going to try to do some polyurethane work. Has anyone ever done such before? I'm looking for a few tips. I'm making a shroud of my other 200G handle and will put it on the custom racquet and pump the polyurethane inside. This should give me the same balance and weight. I'm not sure on what to line this shroud with so that polyurethane won't stick to it. Ideas?
