While Becker made a habit of swinging his arm to the side as he lofted his toss, most current pros send their toss up in a straighter line. On a similar note, you have alot of body swing in general occuring during your toss. You should complete most of your toss before you load your body. You will end up with a more consistent target that way.

If you freeze frame just before 1:14 you will see that you have foot faulted. Nobody calls foot faults, but the fact that you are already back on the ground before you contact the ball means that your hop is wasted. A slightly higher toss would give you more time to load your legs and drive up into the ball instead of simply hopping when you swing.

It seems like you are rushing your serves. Also, I notice that you hit the ball when it is still rising, not when it is coming down- meaning, you won't have a lot of preperation time before your serve.

To expand more upon shojun25's comment about hitting the ball on the rise, it is also possible that you wont get the full extension of the arm. In addition, you need to utilize the knees a little more.

That motion should be really reliable on a windy day - that ball is only out of your hand for a split-second before you hit it!

You can energize your serving more if you get your body more set up to release through the ball. A little more leg drive up and forward will help along with a turn. Try rotating your shoulders a little more away from your opponent before you toss the ball so that when you go to hit your serve, you can turn back through the shot. It's similar to the way you'd rotate your upper body through as you simply throw a ball.

The leg drive and rotation are two huge sources of power in serving for cranking up the velocity or the amount of spin on the ball. Get your body more set up before you toss the ball so that you can use your big muscle groups to put that free gas into your motion. Stay loose.
