Serve before and after training

The first video shows my serve before trainig:
Then after my coaches instruction I practiced to be loose and throwing the racket, hit cleanly through the ball and toss the ball more forwards, the result is the second video:

The second video serve was clearly better than the first. My legs raised up, my serve was much quicker.

I have difficoulties to toss the ball infront, but after my experience with a toss more behind could I hit a sufficient serve.
After my experience the point is a not failed toss and to be loose and throw the racket through the ball.

I thank for any opinion

The majority of high level servers do not look at the ball to impact probably to relieve stress on the neck. They break off contact just before impact. Some do look at the ball to impact (Tsonga, Karlovic, Robredo, etc.). Stosur has a side view for some serves but I don't think she is looking at the ball.

You are looking at the ball and your neck appears to be at quite an angle with your head back. I believe that looking at the ball at impact limits the motions that the upper body can do.

Your hitting elbow goes way too high at trophy.

Keeping it in line with your shoulders at trophy and as you enter the drop will create a longer path to the ball and more of a throwing motion than the pushing motion you're currently using.

OP, have you just tried to hit the crap out of the ball without worrying about where it would land? Your racket is moving too slowly after achieving the trophy position. Just try to accelerate the racket as fast as possible after trophy. You might gain some speed that way.

Suresh nailed it!
You paid for coaching and now footfault.
Read and heed post 5, that is golden for improving serves. Gotta hit snot out of the ball, then slowly learn to get it IN.
