Serving down the T on the Deuce Court

I'm able to serve flat serve very reliably into the add court. I can also serve a decent kick or slice serve into either court, with exception of down the T on the deuce side. On the deuce side my flat serve lacks power especially when going for the T and I have a hard time directing the slice or kick serve into the T. Any thoughts on how to correct this problem? Oh I nearly forgot I am right handed.

where do you stand when you serve to the deuce court?

Probably, you will have to adopt the two tips and also hit 500 serves, maybe 40 a day, up the middle T before you get it.

That should not be a problem for me as most of my Tennis is working on technique 100 per day is no problem.

When you toss the ball, face the side fence. Don't bother looking at the net. When the ball is up, your back should almost face the net and your chest almost face the back fence. Your tossing arm should still be straight up.

Use your shoulder rotation to hit the ball, rotate your shoulder towards the T.

Pretend that you aim to serve towards the ad court. Sooner or later the ball will paint or touch the T or the center line.

Brush the ball from 8 to 2 oclock. It will help to make the ball curve, as if it travels to ad court then curves inside towards the T or deuce court.

This works for me.

Put a little cut on that thing. You'll get it. If you have a reasonable and comfortable stance don't start screwing with stuff.

Yea, it's only a weakness going down the T for an ace or weak return. I'm gonna try the suggestion to close my stance that might do it. Thanks everyone for the advice.

just need to practice it more. like others said, turn the shoulders a bit more and aim more towards the middle of the AD court and it'll find it's way to the deuce middle.

Thanks everyone for the advice. Turning or closing my stance helped, but I also reposition my feet from roughly 45 deg to 30 deg. I also tossed the ball further in front. I believe this allowed me to hit the ball more square. If you recall my problem was hitting the flat serve down the T on the deuce side for a rightie. I did play last Sunday and my partner said I had some serious heat down the T so thanks everyone. I am takin time off due to an hurt back.

??? If he's a righty, he's cutting a deuce T serve R to L. Why would you aim that thing in the ad court?

i meant if one is trying to serve down the T on deuce and it keeps winding up going to the middle then they need to exaggerate the shot and aim more to their right to get it down the T.
