Similar rackets to Head Graphene 360+ Gravity Pro

Hi all! I currently play with a Head Graphene 360+ Gravity Pro, and I believe it is a great racket. I would like to buy a second racket though, and I am looking for similar rackets in terms of specs and playability.

From my research so far, I could find as somewhat similar rackets the following:
Graphene 360+ Speed Pro
Head Graphene 360+ Prestige MP
Yonex VCORE Pro 97HD 18x20
Prince Phantom 100X 18x20

Does anyone have experience in playing with the Gravity Pro, and one of the rackets above, and let me know if the playability is similar? Also, can you maybe recommend other similar rackets to the Gravity Pro?

PMP+ is not a 98 SQI GPro+ if that is what you are looking for.

I own two GPro+ and three PMP+, switched to the latter after not fully liking some aspects with GPro+, with that said GPro+ is probably a better overall frame and I play better with it. I've played around with customizations on both.

Really the question is why do you want to switch? I normally play with the Gravity Pro, but switch to the Speed MP 360+ when I want to relax. It is a easy switch... as the Speed line also has a nice sweet spot. Serve can be a little problematic for some(with the Speed Pro), but otherwise it is an amazing well rounded racquet. Only racquet I might find difficult to switch with the Gravity Pro would be the Yonex Vcore Pro 97 as the timing change might be difficult.

This is why am looking for similar rackets, a racket to which I can switch from the gravity pro, without feeling much difference, or actually getting some benefits out of it (e.g. someone was comparing the gravity pro and the prestige MP, saying that they are very similar and he can actually play in the same playing session with both, and switching to the gravity pro when he got tired, because of the bigger sweet spot).

... reasons you listed are looks, hopeful benefit that other racquet offers over Gravity Pro. Lets try again what goal do you hope to accomplish with switched would help people to suggest the proper racquet.

I believe my thread is clear, but you are not reading it. I am looking for similar rackets to the Gravity Pro, regarding specs and playability. Also you say my reasons is related to looks, when I clearly also write there that is also about the money, and to have other options than just buying another Gravity Pro.

Speed Pro 360+ is going to be one of the closest options. Just enough lighter but still forgiving. You’ll find a little more power and similar levels of spin, although spin comes a little easier the the Gravity Pro.

I usually agree with the Nerd, however, I felt like Gravity Pro was more power (not too much), more spin, higher launch angle, larger SS
Prestige was softer feel, lower power and lower launch angle.
Both offer exceptional control.

The PMP is great at handling heavy pace, but requires a lot from you if you have to inject pace and spin compared to the GPro imo.

I’ve gone back and forth between the two, and again I’m landing on the GPro side

I read it just fine. Your original post mentioned zero reason for wanting to have a second racquet. Basically came across as you were mainly bored and looking for something new. I wasn't the only person that asked why you wanted to switch.

If you want to play tennis well, just buy the same racquet you already have and say in your OP is a ‘great racquet’. You can probably find an used one if you want to save money. If you want to become one of those people who buys random racquets to add to their collection with other motivations than being a good tennis player, buy whatever catches your fancy.

No two racquets play alike even if they have similar specs and it is the holy grail for a tennis player to find even one racquet that they think is great - what is the chance of finding one more model?

Gravity’s sweetspot is a bit higher than in other racquets. That makes it a bit different than other racquets. At least for me it’s not that easy to switch to Gravity and play well right away. Can’t think of other racquet lines that play similar.

Speed Pro is not similar to Gravity. More power, different feel. May be easy to switch if you play easy through the middle of the court but while playing points I can’t imagine it. It plays differently, swings differently.

PMP 360+ has smaller sweetspot, a bit less power, less spin than Gravity. It’s harder to play with pace, requires good footwork and fast swings.

VCore Pro 97HD (green one) is closer to Prestige than Gravity.

Haven’t played with Phantom. Tecnifibre RS 305 also feels soft with large sweetspot.

Or other idea: buy a Gravity Tour. It has similar shape but wider beam, plays a bit different. With the same swingweight it has more power than Pro. For me it sounds definitely better than Speed Pro.

Of the ones you listed, I’d say Speed Pro; but I think getting a second Gravity Pro may be wiser. I’m not familiar with Prince racquets so can’t say how similar it is to the Gravity Pro.

There aren’t too many racquets as heavy as the Gravity Pro…most stocks range between 300 and 310g unstrung.
