I had a great serving session the other day. Did nothing but practice my serve for about an hour and a half. I'm pretty sure I even hit my faster serve ever... it felt great.
Anyway, the next day I noticed some pain in my arm, located where my arm meet my shoulder... right next to my arm pit. And on the other side, near my chest. These muscles are usually sore after I serve.
So my question is, what are these muscles called and how do I strengthen them? I really feel that these mucles play a huge role in my racquet head speed, and when their sore, I can barely swing my racquet.
Thanks,
-Dave
