Did anyone else catch "the Simpsons Guy" crossover on Sunday? While I am a fan of both shows, this was pretty bad, and I agree with this article in that it revealed "the worst of both shows."

On the other hand, in my opinion, South Park has taken over the reign GOAT 'adult' cartoon.

Family Guy will never be as clever or funny as South Park or The Simpsons in its prime years. The every episode ever marathon reminded me of how much I used to enjoy watching.

I don't consider South Park or The Simpsons any better than the other really. Simpsons episode quality has definitely gotten worse over the years, but both shows are still classics to me.

South Park went from clever, to thinly veiled, to no-veiled in its social commentary in the last 10 years. It's almost unwatchable in that respect. The Simpsons, certainly, has shown its age but I think they still put out some quality episodes.

South Park and Family humour, I find very funny. Simpsons to a lesser extent. But South Park takes it for me though...Can't beat Eric Cartman and Randy Marsh! Although Peter and Stewie aren't that far behind!

You either have to be witty (Simpsons) or cleverly juvenile (South Park); Family Guy tries to be both, and tries too hard to be both. It shows.

Futurama was good for the first few seasons, but there's really only so much you can do with futuristic jokes.

I agree with this. The ipod episode alone is one of the funniest things i've ever seen on tv.

South Park was never clever, its stupid humour for kids passing itself off as adult entertainment, they are still doing toilet and vomit jokes. It has easy laughs every episode.

Not at all, Fg is a crappy rip off. The simpsons were great but they should've ended the series in 2000/03, now they have 15235296 episodes and they're all sh1te. My vote goes to SP.
