There has been many posts about the YPMP and it's sensitivity to string. I found, like many other TT users, that the YPMP vibrates a lot when strung very tight with stiff poly's. As an adamant user of poly's I am not willing to give up so easily. I have only tried very cheap poly's like gosen polylon, and some synthetic guts. There has to be some setup maybe Hybrid Poly/Multi that eliminates the vibration. I would prefer a full poly job, as I break strings very easily. Does anybody have any ideas, experience or opinions on a setup that will stop the vibrating in the YPMP ( btw I don't generally like the feel of vibration dampeners).
