Synthetic gut on cross or mains?

If i were to hybrid my racket with a polyester and a synthetic gut such as Gosen Micro 17, should i string the gut on mains or crosses? (i have cyberflash/alu rough and Gosen OG Micro 17)

Why? What are the differences?

Last year during my HS season i did PSGD on the cross and Polyon Ice on the mains then i flip flopped them. When the PSGD was on the mains it added power to the stringbed. With the Poly in hte main it was less powerful but i did not really feel anymore spin. I really liked the syngut in the main better.
