I'm watching the local newscast here in LA and before going to commercial break, the newscaster urges us to stay tuned because when they come back from commercial, "you don't want to miss the a tennis star who goes topless at Wimbledon".

Imagine my surprise when it turned out to Djokovic - LOL!!! This kid knows how to work the media!!!

My non-tennis friends - who had only heard of the Williams sisters, Roddick, Sharapova, Nadal, and maybe Fed - were all calling asking "who is this Djokovic character?" Well looks like we got a new tennis star!!

Look for him soon on the cover of the teen hunk magazines, etc. And if he were to actually win Wimbledon, can we say media frenzy!!!

like the espn one...federer's so good that he moved into the qtrs without even getting out of bed...

in talking about all the rain, federer hasnt played since last month....its july 5, and they're speaking of june 30 or something

I was reading it in the Guardian newspaper over here who had an interview with him the day before Wimbledon started. I seriously doubt he will even make the final, he's looking really tired after 3 long matches in a row so maybe we'll have to wait until next year to see if he will carry it out.
