Dear TW,
Last summer I used TWU extensively to update my racquet after many years. During that search I play tested over 20 racquets. What was very helpful was that often older racquets that weren't currently for sale were in the database. These older racquets were the only reference point I had when looking for a new racquet for comparison. Links were also left in place to these old racquets so you could find a picture of them as well as their sale specs. On a recent update, all of the old racquets and links to pictures have been removed. Now, on the one hand I understand that you don't want to clutter the database, but after only one year, there is not a single racquet in the current list that I have hit with before that I can use to compare with new racquets that I am unfamiliar with. Maybe you could leave in old racquets that were popular and are no longer available by showing them in a different color text, or allowing the user to apply a filter to remove or show them. I felt like the ability to reference racquets I had hit with before was one of the most valuable tools in helping me understand the various characteristics and parameters of the racquets. Any chance we could bring the old racquets back?

Yes, I will bring them back but I'm not sure how I will do it yet. I'm presently making some site revisions and will address this in the near future. I agree that when you are choosing racquets you want to compare them to your existing racquet, whether it is a current or discontinued model.
