That set point shot by Djokovic...

And you have posters on here saying his play is boring. Lol. If we're talking solely about level of play on the tennis court at LC this year, he was the most exciting to watch from where I was sitting.
If you're talking about his 2015 era where he was an absolute grind bot then yes, it was a bit boring. 2011 Djokovic was entertaining to watch because he was pummeling the ball from both wings, better than anyone else had done at the time.

Ever since 2018/2019, he has become one of the most craftiest shotmakers on tour to compensate for his degressed baseline play. It's a bit of mockery but he plays more and more like Federer as he ages is the simplest way I can put it.

I don't know about him being a grind bot in 2015. He was a league above the field and dished out more bagels and breadsticks combined in 2015 than any other year in his career. He wasn't as flashy and aggressive as 2011, but he was still quite agressive and his shot tolerance was extremely high as well as the completeness of his game (more complete than 2011).

If I would have any criticism about a recent year where he didn't play that exciting it would be 2019 outside of AO. Much too passive in his game particularly at RG and Wimbledon, a forgettable NA hardcourt season, and then had patches where he just didn't play well at all like IW and Miami, and then in the fall again too passive. I do agree his game has begun to look more like Federer's though, particularly in the last 2 or 3 years.
