I love this thread. I see a tendency of Nike throughout the years cutting costs. first full foot frame, air zoom in heel and forefoot, and some models full length, and lunar lone tech. one by one we changed to just the heel, lunar lone tech to phylon and then to the most generic foam, eva, and foot frame gone. They only reason everyone liked these versions is because they had the foundations, but it was a living decline. Hopefully Nike will take a step in the right direction for 2025. I cut in just in time with vapor pro 1 to feel the "vapor" feel. Not a large hater of vp2, but its because I take big advantage of forefoot zoom air being such an aggressive player on it.
