To TW Staff: Used Rackets and Free strings...

TW left me a phone message about the free un-installed string. TW said the free string should be installed and TW warned me that next time they would charge me for the free string if it is not installed.

Huh?????

I frequently buy used rackets and get the free string offer (Wilson SG Extreme) from TW. I always asked TW NOT to install the free string on the used racket. I do this for several reasons:

1. I always string hybrid. I use premium strings on the mains and basic strings on the crosses.
2. The used racket is oftentimes strung with premium strings (T. X1-Biphase, Wilson NXT, etc.). I want to try whatever string is currently installed on the used racket.
3. I have always assumed that by asking TW NOT to install the free string, I am doing TW staff a favor: They don't have to spend time/effort re-stringing the used racket.

I have done this many times and TW did not complain until my last purchase several weeks ago.

Please advise...
